What Beyond Hub does
Beyond Hub places bilingual El Salvador–based professionals with US and Canadian companies, and runs payroll, tax, benefits, compliance, HR, equipment and onboarding for them. Under the Fully Managed (EOR) model, Beyond Hub is the legal employer in El Salvador. Clients direct the work; Beyond Hub runs everything around it, for a flat +$449/month on top of the fully-loaded salary. Under the Contractor model, Beyond Hub handles sourcing, contracting and compliant invoicing for 25% of the contractor rate.
Beyond Hub also runs B2B lead generation for founders and revenue teams.
Why El Salvador
El Salvador is UTC−6 year-round with no daylight saving — never more than two hours from Texas, Florida or California, in any season. It has used the US dollar as its official currency since 2001. The workforce is bilingual in English and Spanish, US-aligned, and growing. Short direct flights from major US hubs make in-person visits practical. You do not need a legal entity, a local payroll provider, or a compliance lawyer in El Salvador to hire through Beyond Hub.
The founder
Jaime Bolaños started his career over ten years ago, moved from training and development into HR, and found himself connected to operations, leading teams of SDRs and BDRs and running nearshore operations across different verticals. Before Beyond Hub, our team ran nearshore operations for a US staffing firm under its brand. He has closed deals with companies in tech, renewable energy, cybersecurity and property management.
Beyond Hub came out of watching the same thing happen repeatedly. Companies that hire abroad end up managing a recruiter, a payroll vendor and an HR provider separately, and they discover the compliance part after they have already made the hire. So Jaime built the version that handles all of it, and built it in El Salvador, where he is from, instead of somewhere cheaper.
