Beyond Hub places bilingual El Salvador–based professionals with US and Canadian companies, and runs payroll, tax, benefits, compliance, HR, equipment and onboarding for them. Under the Fully Managed (EOR) model, Beyond Hub is the legal employer in El Salvador. Clients direct the work; Beyond Hub runs everything around it, for a flat +$449/month on top of the fully-loaded salary. Under the Contractor model, Beyond Hub handles sourcing, contracting and compliant invoicing for 25% of the contractor rate.

El Salvador is UTC−6 year-round with no daylight saving — never more than two hours from Texas, Florida or California, in any season. It has used the US dollar as its official currency since 2001. The workforce is bilingual in English and Spanish, US-aligned, and growing. Short direct flights from major US hubs make in-person visits practical.
