Beyond Hub publishes its pricing because opaque fee structures are the norm in this category and they should not be. Two engagement models, both with exact fees, so you can compare before a call.
Both models include sourcing and vetting. The difference is who employs the person and what Beyond Hub manages after placement.

Flexible engagement, no employment relationship
Not sure which fits? Beyond Hub will tell you on the call — and if the role is a core full-time seat, they will say so rather than sell you the cheaper option.

The flat EOR fee covers every operational function required to legally employ and support a full-time team member in El Salvador.
These costs are separate from the +$449 management fee.
Four common fee structures in the market. Beyond Hub uses the first two.
| Fee model | How it works | When it favours the buyer |
|---|---|---|
| Flat monthly EOR fee | Fixed fee per employee per month, on top of salary | Predictable cost at any salary level; best for full-time hires above minimum wage |
| Percentage of contractor rate | A percentage of the agreed contractor rate | Flexible engagements; total cost scales with hours |
| Percentage of salary (EOR) | A percentage of the employee's base salary each month | Low-wage roles only; expensive as salary rises |
| One-time placement fee | A percentage of first-year salary, paid on hire | When the client handles payroll and compliance themselves; no ongoing support |
Beyond Hub's +$449/month flat fee includes sourcing and vetting. Most global EOR platforms employ someone you already found. That distinction is the practical difference.
